Your July bill was mailed on Friday, July 9th. The Billing Summary section with Current Charges and Total Due on page 1 is correct. However, due to an error by our bill print vendor, page 2 of your bill printed incorrectly. NEC is in the process of having this corrected, and will have billing statements with the corrections on page 2 available for you to view on SmartHub. You may also contact our office at 928-368-5118 if you need the detail from page 2. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Late Fees & Reconnection Fees reinstated as of 08/01/2021:
In light of conditions returning to normal for the areas that NEC serves, as of August 1, 2021, NEC will reinstate late payment fees on past-due accounts, as well as the reconnection fees following disconnection for non-payment.
